Welcome to the RapidCE.com Helping Heroes Program!


The Helping Heroes program is intended to help Career and Volunteer Fire/EMS prehospital care professionals who are currently unemployed due to the recession and who would benefit by earning online CE credits to maintain their current EMS license or certification.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Currently Unemployed
  2. Hold a valid state, US Territory, or Canadian Province government issued license or certification as a EMS First Responder, EMT or Paramedic
  3. Can use online EMS continuing education credits to maintain your EMS certification or license.

You will need to provide the following documentation and information:

  1. Your free RapidCE username. If you do not have a free account yet, you can create one at www.rapidce.com.
  2. Copy of your valid state, US territory or provincial government issued EMS license or certification that shows your name, certification or license number and a future expiration date.
  3. A copy of your latest unemployment check or payment notice;
    OR
    A copy of an official dated document, letter or notice from your employer notifying you of your layoff, indefinite furlough, or reduction-in-force termination. The document must show your name, and the name, address and phone number contact information of the sending organization.

Please note: By enrolling in this program, the participant agrees to all current RapidCE.com terms of use and privacy policies. CentreLearn Solutions, LLC reserves the right to deny or terminate access to the Helping Heroes program and the RapidCE.com website at any time without prior notice. Current RapidCE annual subscription holders, and persons currently certified as EMS care providers by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are ineligible.
